1 (15.5 oz.) can low-sodium black beans, drained and rinsed
½ cup cooked quinoa
½ tsp. cumin
½ tsp. pepper
½ tsp. paprika
1 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
½ tsp. dijon mustard
1 Tbsp. olive oil
4 whole-grain buns
Microwavable, pre-cooked grain pouches can be a great way to help save on food waste. Available in a variety of options including brown or wild rice, quinoa, and an assortment of other grains. If you make more than you need, the remainder can be chilled for a cold grain salad.
