Ingredients

2 broccoli stems

¼ onion

¼ garlic

¼ cup low fat milk

1 slice of stale bread

Salt and pepper

Instructions

Put water in a pot and boil the broccoli stems, onion, and garlic.
Once they are tender, put them in the blender with a little water from the same pot. Add the milk, salt, and pepper to taste and mix until uniform.
Dice the slice of bread. Serve and decorate with croutons.
