2 organic Carrefour carrots
1 squash
1 red onion
1 tablespoon olive oil
A few spinach shoots
½ pot Knorr® Vegetable Bouillon

Instructions
- Slice the carrots and red onion then fry in a drizzle of olive oil for 10 mins.
- Then add a sliced courgette, a trickle of water and ½ Marmite KNORR® Vegetable Bouillon and a few spinach shoots.
- Cook for 5 minutes. No need to add salt.

Use the remaining half of Marmite KNORR® Vegetable Bouillon in your pasta or rice cooking water.
