3 beef tomatoes
250 g bread (e.g. ciabatta or brown bread)
Fat for the mold
2 cups of crème fraîche
5 tbsp milk
3 eggs (size M)
Salt
Pepper
0.25g bunch basil
If you have some Parmesan or grated cheese left over, you can sprinkle it on the casserole. Small cubes of ham or salami also work well.
This recipe is perfect for using up leftover stale bread or rolls.
