CO-OP pure sesame oil 300g – 1 tablespoon
Daikon radish peel (peeled thickly, about 5 to 6 mm wide) – about 200 g
Carrot – about 50g
Curry powder – 1 teaspoon
Mirin (sweet cooking rice wine) – 1 tablespoon
Mentsuyu – 2 tablespoons
A little ground sesame seeds
Daikon radish leaves – to taste
Even the peels of daikon radish, which are usually thrown away, are cooked deliciously in this recipe.
