Pizza dough: 1 (250g)

Tomatoes: 2 (260g)

Red and yellow cherry tomatoes: 12 (180g)

Rocket Salad: (100g)

Fresh Champigons de Paris: 8 (80g)

Violife: 2 slices (40g)

Elle &Vire Cream Cheese: 40g

Vinegar: 15g

Olive oil: 15g

Herbes de Provence: 1 pinch (3g)

Instructions

Unroll the pizza dough and spread the Cream Cheese on top.
Wash and slice the tomatoes, cut thin slices of mushroom slices of mushroom and arrange on the pizza.
Add the slices of Violife, cut into pieces if necessary.
Bake for 15 minutes at 200°C.
Once out of the oven, arrange the cherry tomatoes and a handful of rocket salad on the pizza.
Serve the pizza with the remaining rocket seasoned with herbes de Provence, olive oil and vinegar.
